Armed Forces Special Rebate

  1. In order to ensure that rebate is properly regulated/controlled while allowing freedom to tps for availing rebate from any CSD, a memory based Special Rebate RFID Card has been designed having following features:-
      1. The holder can use it at any CSD from date of effect.
      2. Cost of the card would be Rs. 100/- each.
      3. Instructions for filling AFSRC application form can be downloaded from here.

  2. For central preparing of AFSRC all units / fmns will have to forward essentially required data of the auth persons to Head Office CSD through fol means:-
    1. Manual Data Collection Form
      1. This form can be Downloaded from here.
      2. Form can also be photo copied.

  3. The formation will send data on any format to the Project Manager AFSRC (Armed Force Special Rebate Card) in a sealed envelope under Per/Conf covering letter at the following address.

  4. All card after printing will be desp to unit/fmns concerned for handing over to the indl for use. The CARD will be ACTIVATED ON FIRST USE AT ANY CSD on production of proof of ID.
